State comptroller slams defense minister's conduct
State Comptroller Micha Lindenstruass ruled in his report that Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who is responsible for "handling the home front at times of emergency", was not actively involved in cooperating with the interior ministry and preparing the firefighting services for times of emergency.
