PM says committed to implementing comptroller's report
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in response to the scathing state comptroller report on the situation of Israel's firefighting system that he "appreciates the comptroller's thorough investigation, adopts his conclusions and is committed to implement them as soon as possible."
The Prime Minister's Office said that Netanyahu had "increased the firefighting budget by NIS 100 million this year and instructed his military secretary to look into the possibility of purchasing firefighting planes and took other steps." (Roni Sofer)
