Knesset's State Control Committee: Will work to est. national inquiry
The Chairman of the Knesset's State Control Committee Knesset Member Yoel Hasson (Kadima) said that he would work to establish a national inquiry committee following the report published Wednesday by the state comptroller on the fire services neglect.
He said that "the comptroller stated that the report shows a 'completely improper administration especially among decision makers in the Israeli government'. That is an unprecedented statement which necessitates additional significant efforts". (Roni Sofer)
