Court sentences Umm al-Fahm man to 27 years in jail for manslaughter

The Haifa District Court sentenced Salah Khalifa, a 26-year-old resident of Umm al-Fahm, to 27 years in prison for manslaughter and causing injury to the victim's two brothers two years ago. Khalifa, who was cleared of murder charges, will pay a compensation of NIS 50,000 to the victim's family, and NIS 25,000 to each of the injured brothers. (Ahiya Raved)
