Yishai to recommend declaring killed firemen fallen soldiers

Interior Minister Eli Yishai told Migdal Haemek Mayor Eli Barda Thursday that he will recommend declaring two of the Carmel fire disaster victims as fallen soldiers. The two are firefighter Uri Semandayev and volunteer firefighter Elad Riven.

Yishai made the statements while visiting the home of Semandayev's family in the city. The rest of the victims, from the police and Prison Services, have been already declared fallen soldiers. (Ahiya Raved)
