Lieberman: Dialogue with Palestinians must go on
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman says it is important that direct talks between Israel and the Palestinians continue.
Speaking to reporters in Sofia Thursday, Lieberman said Israel believes in direct negotiations with the Palestinians without preconditions and middlemen. Lieberman said there was no reason to extend the 10-month halt on new housing in West Bank settlements since it had not led to positive results. (AP)
