Syrian President Bashar Assad has complained again Thursday against 'Intransigent Israel', noting the failure of US efforts for peace in the Middle East, following a meeting with Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris.
The US initiative "has not worked," said Bashar al-Assad, the United States announced Tuesday that they have ceased to require the cessation of Jewish settlement in the West Bank as a precondition for talks on an agreement between Israelis and Palestinians.
