Survey: Majority of Israeli Arabs against annexation to Palestinian state

A new survey published by the Saban Center shows that 58% of Israeli Arabs reject the idea of annexing Arab cities to a Palestinian state within the framework of a peace agreement and land swaps. The survey also revealed that 63% of them don't believe that there is a chance for achieving peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

The survey also revealed that 62% of Israeli Jews believe that the government needs to take additional steps in order to obtain a peace agreement with the Palestinians. 43% of Israelis believe that peace will be reached within five years and 8% think a peace treaty will be signed in less time than that.
