High level of air pollution due to dust storms
The Environmental Protection Ministry has warned against the high levels of air pollution expected throughout Israel due to a dust storm. High levels of airborne breathable particles have been felt in the center and south of Israel.
The haze is set to disappear gradually later in the afternoon. Seniors, children, pregnant women and people with breathing difficulties should avoid strenuous activities outside. (Yael Darel)
