Fire services official urges governmnet to provide immediate solutions

Chairman of the firefighting commanders' union, Commander Amnon Amir, urged the government to provide an immediate solution to the crisis in the Fire and Rescue Services apparatus.
"What solutions are you giving us for tomorrow morning?" asked Amir during a Knesset hearing, adding that they needed to recruit 300 additional firefighters and purchase 150 fire extinguishing vehicles. (Roni Sofer)
