Ministers approve bill allowing disclosure of talk-backers' identity

The Ministerial Committee on Legislation has approved a bill granting the court authority to order the identity of internet talk-backers exposed if their messages libel others.
The bill allows the court to provide the libeled person with information about the transgressor in order to facilitate lawsuits. (Aviad Glickman)
