Clinton says Haiti must do more to tackle crisis

The Haitian government must do more to help end a crisis sparked by disputed presidential elections, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Monday.

Clinton said Haiti should heed a strong signal from an influential US senator who last week called on Washington to suspend direct aid to Haiti's government until it ensured a fair and democratic outcome to the elections. (Reuters)
