The Chairman of the Knesset's State Control Committee Yoel Hasson (Kadima) Tuesday, postponed the vote over the establishment of a national inquiry commission by a week. "Within one day temporary replacements for committee members were created and the balance between coalition and opposition members was broken," Hasson said.
"I was sorry to see the way negotiations were carried on over the last 24 hours. The Knesset has never experienced a situation where signatures were sought for a deliberation that hasn't even convened," he added. (Roni Sofer)
