Lieberman: IDF conversion bill will be presented on Wednesday

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Yisrael Beiteinu is planning to present the IDF conversion bill to the Knesset on Wednesday "as is".

Lieberman opened Yisrael Beiteinu's meeting on Tuesday by saying: "The IDF chief rabbi is a respected authority when it comes to conversion issues, he must be the uppermost authority and not second. We don't want to fight Shas, but we're not giving up. The coalition will not collapse." (Roni Sofer)
