Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh says his movement would agree to a ceasefire with Israel under certain conditions, but will not recognize the Jewish state.
In celebrations on Hamas' 23rd anniversary, Haniyeh said the group would accept a Palestinian state with full sovereignty in the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital. (AFP)
