Rights group: Nepal has failed to probe war crimes

An international rights group on Wednesday accused Nepal's government of failing to investigate and prosecute those involved in thousands of killings and abuses during a 10-year communist insurgency that ended in 2006.
Human Rights Watch said in a report that Nepal's government had not acted on "thousands" of extrajudicial killings, torture and disappearances during the conflict with Maoists. (AP)
