State comptroller begins probing Carmel fire

The State Comptroller's Office has begun to investigate the Carmel fire and the authorities' handling of the disaster. A team from the office has arrived at Hof Hacarmel Regional Council in order to check its account of operations during the blaze.
Council Chairman Carmel Sela told investigators he had received full assistance from the government ministries in charge. (Ahiya Raved)
