Construction begins on Jewish neighborhood in east J'lem

The construction of a Jewish neighborhood has begun near the Beit Orot yeshiva, in eastern Jerusalem.
At the beginning of the year, the Jerusalem District Planning and Construction Committee approved the construction of 24 housing units. The construction is expected to draw condemnations from the United States and Europe. (Kobi Nahshoni and Ronen Medzini)
