Border Guards use pepper spray on boy leaving Issawiya on bus

Border Guards patrolling a bus leaving the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya used pepper spray on a 14-year-old boy who claimed he didn't have an ID. The officers asked the boy to disembark the bus, and sprayed him when he refused.
"It's a false accusation," a police spokesperson said. "(Individuals) under the age of 16 are required to show a birth certificate." (Yair Altman)
