Minister Atias slams rabbis' letter on renting to non-Jews

Housing and Development Minister Ariel Atias (Shas) expressed opposition to a letter by rabbis calling on Jews not to rent apartments to non-Jews.
"In apartment tenders it is prohibited to discriminate between populations," he said. "We certainly don't want people to try not to rent to Jews in Paris or London. Anything else said on this subject is superfluous." (Ynet)
