High Court asked to try rabbi calling for no renting to non-Jews

The Reform Movement has petitioned the High Court of Justice demanding that it order the attorney general and justice minister to start an investigation against the chief rabbi of Safed, Shmuel Eliyahu, for calling on Jews to refrain from renting apartments to non-Jews in Israel.
