Report: Iran, West discuss lifting of sanctions

Iran has launched Turkish-mediated clandestine talks with the West in an attempt to have the sanctions against it lifted, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The British daily said that according to the proposed agreement, Iran would surrender a substantial part of its uranium stockpile and suspend enriching nuclear fuel in return for an end to sanctions that have crippled the country's economy. (Ynet)
