German, British officials: No Christmas terror threats

Senior officials in Britain and Germany say that no new and substantive intelligence information had been received regarding threats to carry out terror attacks in Europe during Christmas, as opposed to earlier reports by US intelligence officials.
Security forces are on high alert at this time of the year in any case, the officials said. (AP)
