Nablus: Hilltop Youth members attempt to enter Joseph's tomb

Dozens of Garin Nablus members, associated with the Hilltop Youth, attempted to enter Joseph's tomb without IDF coordination. Border guards arrested 13 members.

The youth members said that the police "must understand that arrests and harassments will not keep us from entering any city in the State of Israel at any time we please." (Yair Altman)
