An official says 15 were killed and 12 injured in a fire that tore through a budget hotel as guests slept in the northern Philippines.
Fire investigator Daniel Abana said Sunday firefighters and police found 15 bodies in the top two floors of the five-story hotel, where firefighters put out a fire that raged for four hours. Police say at least 12 other guests were injured at the Bed and Breakfast Pension House in Cagayan's capital city of Tuguegarao. (AP)
