Obama: US-Turkey ties more important than ever

US President Barack Obama says the relations between Washington and Ankara are more important than ever, in order to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
In an interview to Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, Obama added that Israel and Turkey were both key allies of the United States and called on the two countries to do all in their power to improve their relations. (AFP)
