Chief of staff: Gaza reality fragile

In a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting Tuesday, Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi said that "the reality in Gaza may be fragile and explosive". He referred to the earlier rocket attack near a kindergarten and said: "Activity in the south has intensified since this morning. We are operating within a few dozen and hundreds of meters from the fence in order to prevent them from reaching populated areas.
