PM to publicly demand Pollard's release

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to publicly demand the release of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard, following his wife's request. Netanyahu noted that he has discussed the issue with senior American officials.
The prime minister said he will "act determinedly for the release of Pollard," adding that Israel has a moral duty to release him and enable him to reunite with his family and restore his health after a long period of imprisonment. (Roni Sofer and Attila Somfalvi)
