Israel will announce that it is boycotting the Durban III conference, set to take place in September 2011, according to information obtained by Ynet.
Last year, Israel and several other countries shunned Durban II, also dubbed World Conference against Racism, after Israel was described as a "racist apartheid state." (Ronen Medzini)
