Death toll from Mexico crude-oil blast rises to 29

The death toll from a massive crude-oil explosion that laid waste to parts of a central Mexican city has risen to 29. Authorities in Puebla state say they located the remains of a baby in the arms of one of the other 28 victims.
Sunday's blast in San Martin Texmelucan, believed to be caused by oil thieves, also injured 52 and damaged or destroyed 115 homes. (AP)
