Kadima: PM chooses yeshiva students, abandons firefighters
None
The Kadima party condemned the Finance Committee decision to allocate an additional NIS 12.5 million ($3.48 million) for the Education Ministry budget, to cover assurance of income for haredi yeshiva students.
The party stated that: "Netanyahu chose the yeshiva students and abandoned the firefighters. This is a scandalous decision and passes a shameless message on to the Israeli public, which has a cynical impervious man as its leader and whose priorities harm Israel." (Roni Sofer)
