Extreme rightist pardoned due to prosecutors' strike

None

The Jerusalem Magistrates' Court has acquitted extreme right-wing activist Noam Federman of aggravated assault charges because no prosecutor was present in the courtroom due to an ongoing strike.

The judge criticized the State Prosecutor's Office, saying the case should have been transferred to the police's hands. (Aviad Glickman)
