French police say about 15 armed, masked assailants blew up a reception center and director's villa at a holiday resort in northeast Corsica after forcing out about a dozen people inside.
Officials said Thursday the attackers stormed into the vast complex in the town of Castellare Di Casinca, evacuated those inside, and detonated two bombs that severely damaged two buildings. Police said that no one was injured in the explosions late Wednesday, and there was no immediate claim of responsibility. (Reuters)
