State to hold formal ceremony to commune with Carmel fire casualties

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Thursday that he has decided to hold a formal ceremony of communion for the casualties of the Carmel fire disaster and their families, to be held on January 5 at kibbutz Beit Oren.
An announcement released by the Prime Minister's Office also revealed that the prime minister made a decision to raise a monument in memory of the fire casualties near the site of the disaster and directed that it be completed before the one year anniversary of the tragedy. (Attila Somfalvi)
