Netanyahu: NIS 50M for firefighting planes

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told cabinet he plans to allocate NIS 50 million (about $14 million) towards leasing firefighting planes.
"Purchasing these planes is a long process which may take years, therefore we decided to lease them so Israel would have an aerial firefighting soon," he said. (Ronen Medzini)
