TA municipality report: Foreign workers' kids have diseases, are violent

A Tel Aviv Municipality report obtained by Ynet reveals that at least 40,000 foreign workers reside in the city, out of which some 10,000 are asylum seekers.
The report notes that foreign workers' children have "a high rate of diseases and are inclined to violence due to the education they receive at home." (Yoav Zitun)
