Palestinian police may be deployed at Kerem Shalom crossing
Major General Eitan Dangot, Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, met with Palestinian Minister Hussein El-Sheikh on Monday. The two agreed to discuss the possibility of deploying Palestinian policemen at Kerem Shalom crossing and having them oversee incoming and outgoing goods from the Gaza Strip.
The two also talked about humanitarian issues and promoting construction projects at the Gaza Strip. (Hanan Greenberg)
