Spain says it has expelled two Russian diplomats and Russia has responded by expelling two Spaniards.
A Spanish foreign ministry official says the Russians were expelled a month ago for "activities incompatible with their status as diplomats." The official said Tuesday that Russia responded by expelling two Spanish diplomats, but did not say when. (AP)
