The Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday convicted former President Moshe Katsav on two counts of rape of the complainant A from the Tourism Ministry. In their verdict the judges led by Judge George Kara, determined that Katsav lied when he claimed that the sexual relations were consensual. (Ynet)
