Not just rape: Katsav convicted of sexual harassment
The Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday convicted former President Moshe Katsav of sexual harassment against the complainant H. The judges earlier determined that Katsav raped complainant A from the Tourism Ministry twice. The former president closed his eyes during the reading of his conviction and seemed dispirited. (Ynet)
