State Comptroller: Considering revoking Katsav's benefits
State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss said that the possibility of revoking former President Moshe Katsav's benefits following his conviction Thursday for sexual offenses and disruption of legal proceedings. "I don't want to commit myself to what the conditions will include, but we will have to express our opinion on the issue" said Lindestrauss in response to the Tel Aviv District Court verdict. He mentioned that he was "proud of the legal system to day and the fair way it carried out its duties". (Ronen Medzini)
