Netanyahu: Katsav conviction marks sad day for Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the conviction of former President Moshe Katsav of two counts of rape on Thursday.
"It is a sad day for Israel and its residents," Netanyahu said. He added, "The court stated two messages very clearly today, about the equality of all citizens before the law and every woman's full right to her own body." (Attila Somfalvi)
