PM: Palestinians avoiding negotiations

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed during a Foreign Ministry conference with heads of Israeli representations around the world that his government "is aiming for peace. It's our purpose and our goal to reach an agreement with the Palestinians during negotiations."
