MK Mofaz: PM has no plan for promoting peace
Knesset Member Shaul Mofaz (Kadima) slammed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a conference at Tel Aviv University on Tuesday claiming: "He has no plan for promoting peace, and he's waiting for the Americas and Egyptians." Mofaz also discussed the relations with Turkey saying: "Israel and its policy are pushing Erdogan into the hands of Syrian and Iran."
Mofaz addressed the situation in Iraq and warned of US withdrawal from the area. "The United States' withdrawal will allow Iran or the Revolutionary Guards to enter, strengthening the bond between Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas." (Attila Somfalvi and Roni Sofer)
