Medvedev might cancel PA trip due to Foreign Ministry strike

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev visit to the Palestinian Authority might be cancelled as result of the strike staged by the Foreign Ministry's employees. Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman refused the Russian embassy's request for assistance in crossing the Allenby Bridge in coordination with the Shin Bet and the police.

Medvedev has cancelled in recent days a visit to Israel, also due to the strike. He was expected to arrive with a delegation of 500 people. (Ronen Medzini)
