Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak at Sharm el-Sheik to discuss efforts to renew negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian authority, the Egyptian national news agency reported. The agency credited the impasse in the peace talks to Israel's continued construction in the territories. (AFP)
