Report: Palestinian shot, injured at Bekaot checkpoint
A Palestinian was shot and seriously injured at Bekaot checkpoint near the West Bank village of Tubas, official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported on Saturday.
According to eyewitnesses, the Palestinian got out of a cab and approached the checkpoint while yelling "Allahu Akbar." In response, the soldiers opened fire at him. (Yair Altman and Roee Nahmias)
