Likud members have come out against the criticism sounded by Kadima over the haredi military enlistment reform which was approved in the government earlier.
"Kadima was the one to perpetuate the non-enlistment of haredim in order to keep hold of the government," a Likud spokesperson stated. "Prime Minister Netanyahu, in a brave step, is the first to define multiplying the number of IDF recruits as a goal. He did so in coordination and on the behalf of the military. While Kadima is spreading slogans from the opposition bench, the Likud is the one taking action." (Attila Somfalvi)
