Biden: US will help Afghanistan after pullout
Vice President Joe Biden says America's commitment to Afghanistan will not end in 2014, when the US-led military coalition plans to hand over control of security to Afghan forces.
Biden met with Afghan President Hamid Karzai Tuesday and said at a news conference afterward that training and aid will continue even after responsibility is handed over to the Afghans. He said both sides share a common goal of a stable and sovereign Afghanistan. (AP)
