Steinitz: Fischer helped Israel emerge from global crisis

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz expressed his support for Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer's policy to buy dollars and any moves "which will help Israel emerge from the global crisis."

The minister was responding to Knesset Member Meit Sheetrit, who said that the governor's policy was not in favor of the State but in favor of exporters. (Zvi Lavi)
